Hiding or deleting a bank account.

If you don't want to see transactions from a particular bank account, you can hide the account or delete the account from the app altogether.

Hiding a bank account keeps all of the data in the app but can help your screens to be less cluttered and easier to navigate. Deleting a bank account completely removes the data from the app.

To hide a bank account: 


iOS:
  1. Tap the cogwheel in the upper left corner.
  2. Tap Bank Accounts to pull up the list of connected banks.
  3. Tap the bank account you wish to hide.
  4. Toggle on the Hide option.

Android:
  1. Tap Bank Accounts from the left navigation menu to pull up the list of connected banks.
  2. Tap the bank you wish to hide.
  3. Check the box to hide the account.

Note: Hiding an account also hides any transactions from that account. To include those transactions but keep the account hidden, manually create those transactions or import a CSV file. For steps on importing, see this article: Export transactions from your bank account and import them here. 

To delete a bank connection: 


iOS:
  1. Tap the cogwheel in the upper left corner.
  2. Tap Bank Accounts to pull up your list of connected banks.
  3. Tap the bank connection you wish to delete.
  4. Tap the Delete option at the bottom of the bank details. You will receive a prompt to confirm.

Android:
  1. Tap Bank Accounts from the left navigation menu to pull list of connected banks.
  2. Tap on the bank connection you wish to delete.
  3. Tap the Delete bank  option from the drop down menu beside the bank account. You will receive a prompt to confirm. 

Note: Deleting a bank account will also delete any transactions pulled from that account and any imported transactions from a CSV file that were assigned to that account. This won't affect transactions you created manually.
