If you're having issues after you sign up and download the app (iOS through the App Store, Android through Google Play), try these steps:
- Try signing out and then signing back in
- Double-check your connectivity. Are you connected to a strong mobile or WiFi network?
- Check for pending app updates and install them
- If none of these helps, contact us
- iOS: Tap the gear icon and select Help & FAQ
- Android: Tap the overflow menu (3 vertical dots in upper right of screen) and select Support.
- Web: Visit our Knowledgebase and click Contact support on the far right.
